Two Little Stories Return Policy
Thank you for your interest in Two Little Stories!
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's our policy on returns and exchanges:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer returns for a change of mind.
- We will only process replacements or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- The product you received is different from the product you ordered.
- The product you received is damaged during shipping.
- To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email) and a photo of the damaged product (if applicable).
What is Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged due to wear and tear after delivery.
- Any items opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Replacement or Exchange:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (wrong item received or damaged product)
- A photo of the damaged product (if applicable)
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the product.
Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Two Little Stories.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.
Once We Receive Your Return:
- We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
- If your return is approved, we will process a replacement for the same item or provide a store credit for the value of the returned item, excluding shipping costs.
- You will be notified via email about the outcome of your return request.
